What this website stores
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the www.fundscreener.app website. In short: no cookie is stored when you arrive on the site, and we use no analytics, no advertising tracker and no data resale. The Fundscreener application, accessible after authentication, is covered separately below.
Cookies and storage in use
Security and reliability
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set technical cookies used to tell a human visitor from a robot and to protect the site against attacks (for example __cf_bm). They do not identify you and do not follow you across sites. The statement upload form may also call on the Turnstile anti-robot service, which works without advertising profiling. These cookies are strictly necessary and therefore do not require your consent. In addition, the home page loads the three.js 3D display library from the public cdnjs network: that service receives your IP address, without setting any cookie.
Analytics
The website uses no analytics tool: no Google Analytics, no equivalent, no advertising pixel. Should we add one, this policy would be updated and your consent obtained beforehand, as the regulation requires. The application may use measurement tools needed for its operation and improvement; their list and the corresponding choices are presented inside the application.
Remembering your language
Two items, stored only if you act: the fs_lang cookie (one year), written when you choose a language or dismiss the banner offering one, and a local storage entry fs-langbar, which remembers that you dismissed that banner. They contain only a language code, cannot identify you and are shared with no one.
Why there is no consent banner
The only items stored are strictly necessary, or correspond to a preference you express yourself. The regulation exempts them from prior consent, so we do not have to impose a banner on you. That exemption would end the day we added an analytics or advertising tool; a consent request would then appear, and you could decline it without losing access to the site.
Refusing or deleting these items
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings, or block them altogether. The site keeps working: you will only lose the memory of your language, and the language banner may reappear.
Changes to this policy
Any change in the cookies used will lead to an update of this page and, where applicable, to a consent request. The date shown at the top of the page is that of the latest version.
