Purpose and Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions for the use of the Fundscreener application, published by Kyubi Partners, 981 205 008 R.C.S. Aix-en-Provence, located at 9 Lotissement Les Mistons 32T Rue Saint-Antoine 13510 Éguilles. By accessing and using the Fundscreener Service, Users acknowledge that they have read and accepted without reservation all the provisions of these Terms. If the user does not accept these Terms, they must stop using the service. Any continued browsing constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force.
Description of the Service
Fundscreener is an application dedicated to investment professionals, providing investment news, fund research, customisation of investor profiles, event notifications, and integrations with calendars and other APIs (Deepl, Morningstar, Google Maps). Fundscreener facilitates access to information but under no circumstances constitutes an offer to buy or sell, or financial advice.
Registration Terms
To access the Service, Users must be investment professionals of legal age (18 years or older) and must verify their email address upon registration.
Pricing Policy
Fundscreener uses a "Freemium" model: free access to basic features and a paid subscription for premium options, with a one-week free trial period. The subscription may be taken out on a monthly or annual basis.
Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All the elements making up the Fundscreener site (texts, images, software, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Fundscreener or its partners and are protected by the legislation in force. The User undertakes not to reproduce, modify or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without express authorisation. Any infringement will be prosecuted.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the GDPR, Fundscreener protects users' personal data and invites users to consult the Data Protection Policy. Data is retained for as long as necessary and is secured. Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Investment Advice
Fundscreener provides information for indicative purposes only, without any guarantee of accuracy, and recommends that users verify the information with the asset management companies and consult the legal documents before making any investment decision. Fundscreener cannot be held liable for indirect losses or for decisions based on this information. In the event of force majeure, Fundscreener disclaims all liability for any interruption of service.
User Contributions
If the application allows users to submit content, users grant Fundscreener a non-exclusive licence to use their contributions. They undertake to respect the rights of third parties and accept liability in the event of non-compliance.
Hyperlinks to Third-Party Sites
Fundscreener may contain links to external sites. Fundscreener disclaims all liability for their content and recommends that users consult the terms of use of third-party sites before using them.
Cookies and Audience Tracking

Termination and Amendments to the Terms
Users may cancel their subscription from within the application. Fundscreener reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of non-compliance with the Terms. Fundscreener may also amend the Terms and will inform users via the application. Continuing to use the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
